Dann starte jetzt durch als Inhouse IT-Service-Mitarbeiter:in für SAP Logistik-Projekte (m/w/d) an unserem Standort in Falkenberg.
Was du bewegst
- Mitarbeit im langfristig geplanten Schichtdienst (2-Schicht) sowie Übernahme von Rufbereitschaft (24/7/365)
- Erfassen, Qualifizieren, Bearbeiten und Lösen eingehender Supportanfragen sowie Weiterleiten der Anfragen an externe Projektpartner:innen (bspw. Anlagenlieferant:innen, ERP-Berater:innen, etc.)
- Remote-Support von Falkenberg per Telefon, E-Mail, Remotezugang, etc.
- Realisieren anspruchsvoller Softwarelösungen zur Optimierung der Logistikprozesse unserer Kund:innen im deutschsprachigen Raum
- Einsetzen moderner Programmiersprachen und IT-Standardwerkzeuge für LOGISTIK 4.0
Was du mitbringst
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/-r Fachinformatiker:in für Anwendungsentwicklung oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Programmierung mit C#, JAVA oder ABAP
- Freude an der Kommunikation mit Kund:innen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- MS-Office-Kenntnisse
