Social responsibility
As a company, we are aware of our social responsibility and it is particularly important to us to support social, cultural and humanitarian projects. The focus of our commitment is on our home region and that of our employees. For example, IGZ regularly supports kindergartens, schools, universities and healthcare facilities as well as their projects.
We care about the future - which is why we work closely with regional schools and universities.
As a company, we want to support young people and get them interested in an apprenticeship or a career at IGZ. In addition to our long-standing cooperation partners, such as the EDV-Schule Wiesau or the OTH Amberg-Weiden, more and more regional schools such as the Gymnasium Neustadt a.d.W. or the Realschulen Kemnath and Waldsassen are joining us as cooperation partners. The students at our partner schools are given insights into our company and various career opportunities at IGZ through presentations, excursions, job application trainings and joint projects.
