If your application impresses us, we won't make the process any more complicated: After reviewing your documents, we will invite you to an job interview. If this also goes well for both sides, you will be hired and can soon start your career at our company.
Your journey begins with an online application. Complete the form in the application portal and upload the relevant documents. If you are applying for employment as a trainee, dual student or student during the semester, you no longer need a cover letter. If you have any problems with the application portal, simply send your documents to jobs@igz.com – we will take care of it for you!
Our HR department will compare your professional and academic experience with our requirements. If information or documents are still missing, our colleagues will get in touch with you. We will then invite you to an interview to get a more detailed impression of you.
We conduct customised aptitude tests for certain positions, particularly in the IT sector. In around 30 minutes, you can put your technical skills and working methods to the practical test.
For prospective apprentices, we even take 90 minutes. This allows us to ensure that the training programme perfectly matches your professional goals and aspirations.
PS: Don't worry! The aptitude tests only serve as an orientation to get an overview of your existing skills. The job interview is crucial to personally evaluate if we are a good fit for each other.
The interview is the decisive point on your way to working with us. But you don't need to be afraid of it. We want to get to know each other in this conversation. That's why our job interviews are an open exchange.
Interviews for a permanent position are conducted with the HR department and the relevant specialist department. Potential trainees and dual students are interviewed by our HR department and the trainers.
Regardless of whether you speak to the specialist department, the HR team or the trainers, our aim is to get to know you better and ensure that you feel comfortable with us. If we can imagine a future work relationship, the next step is to talk to the management.
In our owner-managed company, our management takes the time to get to know you personally. These talks are the basis for our successful cooperation. This is because we have an open exchange and can clarify open questions.
We appreciate your time and would like to give you feedback as quickly as possible. That's why we discuss the next steps with you during the interviews.
