Was du bewegst
- Mitarbeiten bei der Implementierung von Personio
- Digitalisieren und Übertragen bestehender HR-Vorlagen (z. B. Vertrags- und Onboarding-Dokumente) in das System
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem HR-Team rund um die Systemeinführung
Was du mitbringst
- Student:in der Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftspsychologie bzw. eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Interesse an Digitalisierung sowie HR-Prozessen
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige sowie eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie erste Erfahrung mit HR-Systemen wie Personio wünschenswert
- Kommunikations- sowie Teamfähigkeit
