Was du bewegst

  • Unterstützen bei der Vorbereitung von Kundenpräsentationen und Erstellen von Leistungsbeschreibungen für Kundenangebote
  • Terminkoordination und Dokumentation von Angebotsprozessen sowie Vor- und Nachbereiten von Besprechungen und Kundenterminen
  • Unterstützen bei organisatorischen und administrativen Themen im Vertrieb
  • Mitwirken bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Vertriebsveranstaltungen
  • Weiterentwickeln von Style-Guides und internen Vorlagen
  • Durchführen von Projektanlagen im ERP-System

Was du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb oder technischen Marketing von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insb. MS Excel und -PowerPoint
  • Kreativität sowie Stil- und Schreibsicherheit
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisations- und Kommunikationsgeschick
  • Selbstständige, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
