What you move
- Aktive telefonische Kontaktaufnahme mit potenziellen sowie bestehenden Kund:innen
- Telefonische Vereinbarung und Koordination von Terminen, z.B. für Informations- und Verkaufsveranstaltungen
- Professionelle Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kund:innen entlang des gesamten Kontaktprozesses
- Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger, vertrauensvoller Kundenbeziehungen
- Dokumentation und Pflege von Gesprächsnotizen, Kontaktdaten und Terminen im CRM-System
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Veranstaltungsablaufs
What you bring to the table
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder der Logistik von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägtes verkaufsorientiertes Denken, Kommunikationsstärke und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
- Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie Spaß am persönlichen Kontakt
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Führerschein Klasse B sowie Reisebereitschaft
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und idealerweise Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen
