What you move

Mitarbeit im langfristig geplanten Schichtdienst (2-Schicht) sowie Übernahme von Rufbereitschaft (24/7/365)
Erfassen, Qualifizieren, Bearbeiten und Lösen eingehender Supportanfragen sowie Weiterleiten der Anfragen an externe Projektpartner:innen (bspw. Anlagenlieferant:innen, ERP-Berater:innen, etc.)
Remote-Support von Falkenberg per Telefon, E-Mail, Remotezugang, etc.
Realisieren anspruchsvoller Softwarelösungen zur Optimierung der Logistikprozesse unserer Kund:innen im deutschsprachigen Raum
Einsetzen moderner Programmiersprachen und IT-Standardwerkzeuge für LOGISTIK 4.0

What you bring to the table

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/-r Fachinformatiker:in für Anwendungsentwicklung oder vergleichbar
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Programmierung mit C#, JAVA oder ABAP
Freude an der Kommunikation mit Kund:innen
Gute Englischkenntnisse
MS-Office-Kenntnisse
