Was du bewegst
- Termin- und Reiseplanung für den Bereichsleiter
- Organisatorische Aufgaben im Bereich für ca. 40 Mitarbeitende sowie Vorbereitung für Projektbesprechungen
- Erstellung anspruchsvoller Projektunterlagen
- Formelle, schriftliche Kunden-Kommunikation (E-Mail, Briefe, Protokolle, etc.)
- Koordination von Schulungsmaßnahmen und Fortbildungen für Bereichsmitarbeitende
- Organisation und Vorbereitung von Meetings und Protokollführung
- Bearbeitung anfallender bürotechnischer Aufgaben im Bereich und bereichsübergreifend
Was du mitbringst
- Abgeschlossenes kaufmännische Berufsausbildung im Bereich Sekretariat / Büro
- Erfahrung in Assistenztätigkeiten für Abteilungs-/Geschäftsleitung von Vorteil
- Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit sowie Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Genauigkeit und hohe Qualität bei allen Ausführungen
- Selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
