What you move
- Betreuen der technischen Service-Hotline für die automatischen Intralogistikanlagen unserer Kund:innen (Fördertechnik, Regalbediengeräte)
- Erfassen, Qualifizieren und Bearbeiten eingehender Supportanfragen sowie ggf. Weiterleiten an externe Projektpartner:innen
- Remote-Support von Erbendorf per Telefon, Remotezugang, etc.
- Geplante Wartungen sowie Serviceeinsätze bei unseren Kund:innen im überwiegend deutschsprachigen Raum
What you bring to the table
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektroniker:in oder Mechatroniker:in
- Kenntnisse in speicherprogrammierten Steuerungen (Siemens S7 / TIA-Portal) sowie in den Bereichen Bussysteme und Antriebstechnik von Vorteil
- Höhentauglichkeit aufgrund Hochregallager (RBG) von Vorteil
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Reisebereitschaft, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
- Freude im Umgang mit Kund:innen
