In Customer Service (ICS), you ensure that everything runs smoothly for our customers - even when things suddenly go wrong.

What we do keeps entire supply chains running.

Your job starts where other systems stop: in the event of malfunctions, alarms or failures. You bring highly automated SAP logistics processes back into balance - quickly, systematically and with a cool head.

What can you expect? No off-the-peg routine. Instead of call routing and waiting loops, it's about direct responsibility: you analyze, coordinate, solve - mostly remotely, sometimes directly on site. Together with developers and project partners, you ensure the availability of complex systems that entire supply chains count on.
