Was du bewegst
- Vollumfängliche, selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Entgeltabrechnung für einen definierten Mitarbeiterkreis
- Umsetzung und Einhaltung aller steuer-, sozialversicherungs- und arbeitsrechtlichen Richtlinien
- Bearbeitung von Sonderthemen wie Bonusabrechnungen, Sonderzahlungen, Prämien und Jahresabschlussarbeiten
- Erstellung und Pflege von Bescheinigungen, Statistiken und Sonderauswertungen
- Betreuung und Beratung von Mitarbeitende sowie Fach- und Führungskräfte zu lohnsteuerrechtlichen, abrechnungs- und personalrelevanten Themen
- Abwicklung und Beratung zur betrieblichen Altersvorsorge
- Kommunikation mit Versicherungsträgern, Ämtern und Behörden
Was du mitbringst

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. als Steuerfachangestellte:r) mit relevanter Berufserfahrung

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Lohn- bzw. Personalbuchhaltung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht von Vorteil

Erfahrung in der Teamführung ist wünschenswert

Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

Selbstständige, zielorientierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
