Was du bewegst
- Unterstützen bei der Vorbereitung von Kundenpräsentationen und Erstellen von Leistungsbeschreibungen für Kundenangebote
- Terminkoordination und Dokumentation von Angebotsprozessen sowie Vor- und Nachbereiten von Besprechungen und Kundenterminen
- Unterstützen bei organisatorischen und administrativen Themen im Vertrieb
- Mitwirken bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Vertriebsveranstaltungen
- Weiterentwickeln von Style-Guides und internen Vorlagen
- Projekt- und Kundenmarketing, z. B. Organisation der Anlagenschilder, Vor-Ort-Fotos & -Status bei unseren Kunden und Unterstützen bei Projektveranstaltungen
Was du mitbringst
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb oder technischen Marketing von Vorteil
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insb. MS Excel und -PowerPoint
- Kreativität sowie Stil- und Schreibsicherheit
- Ausgeprägtes Organisations- und Kommunikationsgeschick
- Selbstständige, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
