Was du bewegst
- Durchführen der Büroorganisation sowie Mitarbeit in der Verwaltung und Telefon-/Servicezentrale
- Mitorganisieren von Kundenterminen im Haus und Empfangen unserer Kund:innen
- Unterstützen bei der Organisation sowie Durchführung von Veranstaltungen
- Übernehmen der Reiseplanung für unsere Mitarbeiter:innen
- Durchführen von Kundenrecherchen sowie Erstellen von Präsentationen und Auswertungen, z. B. für Verkaufsstatistiken oder Logistikanalysen
Was du mitringst
- Guter, mittlerer Bildungsabschluss oder Abitur
- Talent im Umgang mit Computern und sehr gute Microsoft-Office-Kenntnisse
- Höflichkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Freundlichkeit
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Präzision
Wie deine Ausbildung verläuft
- Ausbildungsdauer: 3 Jahre
- Beginn mit einer Einweisung in die Servicezentrale und in die IGZ-Organisationsabläufe
- Zusätzliche Schulungen im Bereich Kommunikation und professionellem Auftreten
- Kennenlernen weiterer IGZ-Unternehmensbereiche und -abteilungen
- Unterricht an der Berufsschulen in Wiesau
- Unterrichtsform: 1 bzw. 2 Tage in der Woche
