Was du bewegst
- Kaufmännisches Betreuen und Abwickeln von Projekten
- Verwalten von Bürgschaften, einschließlich Anforderung, Prüfung, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung
- Erstellen und Überwachen von Projektbudgets
- Prüfen sowie Sichten von Projektverträgen
- Durchführen des Mahnwesens und Überwachen von Zahlungseingängen
- Rechnungsstellen und -prüfen
- Kommunizieren und Abstimmen mit Kunden, Partnern und internen Abteilungen
Was du mitbringst
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Steuerfachangestellte:r) oder ein vergleichbares Studium
- Steuerrechtliche Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der kaufmännischen Abwicklung von Projekten
- Kenntnisse in der Bürgschaftsverwaltung wünschenswert
- Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
- Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und analytisches Denken
- Selbstständige, strukturierte sowie lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
