Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams am Standort in Falkenberg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n Content Creator:in Video und Foto (m/w/d).
Was du bewegst
- Du entwickelst professionelle und zugleich originelle Medienkonzepte für unsere vielfältigen Plattformen und setzt dabei frische, kreative Ideen um, die begeistern und beeindrucken.
- Du kreierst erstklassige und zielgruppengerechte Videos, Audios und Grafiken.
- Dein geschultes Auge sorgt dafür, dass alle Inhalte – ob image-, leistungs- oder produktorientiert – nicht nur optisch herausstechen, sondern auch technisch perfekt wirken.
- Du erweckst unsere Medienprojekte mit modernster Produktionsausrüstung in unserem Videostudio oder vor Ort bei unseren Kunden zum Leben, immer am Puls der Zeit und mit einem sicheren Gespür für neueste Trends und Technologien.
- Dabei arbeitest Du strukturiert und selbstständig und verstehst es auch, komplexe Themen verständlich und präzise zu vermitteln.
- Du überwachst die Qualität unserer Inhalte kontinuierlich und sorgst dafür, dass alle Standards eingehalten werden. Dein konstruktives Feedback und präzise Korrekturen bringen und halten Inhalte auf einem Top-Niveau.
Was du mitbringst
- Abgeschlossenes (Hochschul-)Studium im Bereich Medienproduktion und
-technik, eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung und/oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich (Werbe-)Filmproduktion - Erste Berufserfahrung in der Foto- und Videobranche sowie hohe Affinität für digitale Medien und Trends
- Versierter Umgang mit gängiger Produktionssoftware wie der Adobe Creative Suite, insbesondere Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop und Lightroom CC. Kenntnisse in weiteren Spezialanwendungen sind ein Plus.
- Sicherer Umgang mit professionellem Foto- und Videoequipment
- Hoher eigener Anspruch an höchste Qualität, ein akribisches Auge für Details und Ästhetik sowie ein feines Gehör für hochwertigen Sound in Produktionen
- Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und dennoch Professionalität auch bei Auftragsspitzen
- Selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
