Welcome to IGZ: 12 New Talents Are Embarking on Their Future

New faces, fresh ideas, and plenty of motivation: At IGZ, 12 new apprentices are embarking on an exciting new chapter in their lives. They began their apprenticeships on September 1, marking the start of a period full of new experiences, challenges, and personal growth.

12 talents, four training paths

Just as people are all different, so too are their interests and strengths. That’s why IGZ offers a variety of training programs that nurture diverse talents and open up different career paths.

This year, a total of twelve trainees are starting with us:

  • Eight IT specialists in application development
  • One IT specialist for system integration
  • Two electronics technicians for automation technology
  • One office management assistant

Whether in IT, automation technology, or business administration: At IGZ, there are various opportunities to explore your interests and find the right start to your professional career. This allows everyone to pursue their own individual path and actively shape their future.

An apprenticeship is much more than just the first step into the working world. It offers the opportunity to discover your own strengths, take on responsibility, and gradually push yourself to new heights.

That’s exactly where we want to support our new colleagues. At IGZ, you can expect a varied apprenticeship that combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience. You’ll get to know our work environment, gain your first hands-on experience in projects, and be guided by experienced colleagues along the way.

And here’s the thing: asking questions is strongly encouraged. Because especially at the beginning, there’s so much new to discover and plenty of opportunities to learn.
