IGZ donation campaign

Sustainable success meets social commitment: IGZ donates 30,000 euros

Working Together for the Region

At IGZ, success means more than just economic growth. In 2026, we will once again support social institutions, volunteer projects, and nonprofit organizations in the Northern Upper Palatinate with a total of 30,000 euros.
As an IT and automation company with around 650 employees and strong roots in Falkenberg, we see it as our responsibility to give back a portion of our success – directly to the region where we work and live.

A strong year – looking beyond the horizon

Despite challenging economic conditions, IGZ can look back on a successful 2025. With innovative projects for international clients such as uvex, LAPP, and WAGO, as well as a full order book for 2026, it is clear that our company is growing steadily.
For us, however, one thing is clear: growth alone is not what matters – it is how we handle it. That is why we consciously combine economic strength with social commitment.

Employees have a say

A key aspect of this initiative is the active involvement of our team. Recipients of donations are not selected centrally, but are chosen based on suggestions from our employees.
They understand the local needs and contribute their perspectives. The final decision is made by the employee representatives at both locations – this ensures that our support is targeted and effective.

Help that makes a difference

The funded projects reflect just how diverse community engagement can be. One example is the Malteser Herzenswunsch ambulance, which fulfills the final special wishes of seriously ill people and creates unforgettable moments.
The Bananenflanke Nordoberpfalz team also receives support. Here, children and young people with intellectual disabilities experience a sense of community, self-confidence, and inclusion through soccer.
The funding is complemented by support for the KJF St. Benedikt residential community in Waldsassen, which supports people with disabilities, as well as the Tirschenreuth Child Protection Association, which advocates for children and families.

Community involvement right on our doorstep

In addition to these organizations, IGZ provides targeted support for local projects in Falkenberg. Clubs, social initiatives, and volunteer organizations play a key role in fostering community cohesion and it is precisely this kind of commitment that we aim to strengthen.
From youth projects and cultural organizations to vital institutions like fire departments: they all contribute every day to a thriving community.
