IGZ celebrates training successes

We have every reason to celebrate: three of our trainees have been honored by the Free State of Bavaria for their outstanding achievements.

Lena Bäuml (office management assistant), Felix Wanninger (IT specialist for application development), and Andy Hopperdietzel (IT specialist for application development) completed their training with a grade point average of 1.5 or better, for which they received their awards. In addition, Lena and Felix received the vocational school advisory board award as the best in their class.

But it's not just the three top graduates who can be proud: a total of seven trainees successfully completed their training at IGZ this year:

5x IT specialists for application development

1x IT specialist for system integration

1x office management assistant

The ceremonial presentation of certificates was a special moment – not only for the graduates, but also for their trainers and the entire IGZ team. Afterwards, we ended the evening together with the trainees in a convivial atmosphere at the Petersklause.

The moment when I was taken on in my desired department after my apprenticeship was unforgettable and fulfilling. The continuous support of my colleagues during my apprenticeship and afterwards made this moment even more valuable.
